Design is expected to reach completion in summer 2023.
The right-of-way acquisition process will begin in the final phase of design. A Right-of-Way agent will notify and individually work with each impacted property owner to obtain necessary right-of-way and/or easements.
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in fall 2024.
